It has an Octa-core CPU. It has four high-performance 2.5 GHz Cortex-A78 clocks for heavy tasking like gaming video editing with power-efficient four 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 for normal works like social media browsing online streaming power saving etc.

- This display supports 1400 nits HBM and 3000 nits peak brightness offering excellent outdoor visibility. when we play outdoor games we do not feel any visual quality under the sunlight.
- Additionally, this display supports HDR video on YouTube but after a software update, HDR video supports Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Overall, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo 5G provides excellent visual gaming and multimedia use.
Network Connectivity and Sound Quality
- Every gaming phone needs a strong network connection. The Edge 50 Neo 5G has 16 5G bands, 5G VoNR, all 4G bands, Worldwide L1, Wi-Fi 6E, and NFC.
- But it has no IR Blaster support. Overall, this phone network connectivity is excellent, When we play indoor gaming we do not feel any network connection issues.
Sound Quality: The Edge 50 Neo has a dual Dolby Atmos Stereo Speaker and Bluetooth 5.3 provides high-quality bass sound for multimedia uses.

- My Edge 50 Neo 5G delivered high performance during a one-hour BGMI session with smooth + Extreme, Balance + Extreme, and HD + HDR Ultra settings at 60fps smoothly ran, with no lag but long session heating issues were noticed.
- This setting BGMI TDM matches maintained a 56-60fps and it consistently maintained on various maps like Erangle, Sanhok, and Livik.
- The Highest setting HDR + Ultra supports 40FPS and consistently maintains 40-35FPS with minimum lag but in long sessions it has high heating issues.
Overall, Motorola Edge 50 Neo 5G BGMI gaming performance is good but in long sessions, it has high heating issues.
